Only Certified Administrative Scriveners and lawyers are legally permitted to draft such contracts professionally.
●We will charge a referral fee of 11% of the transaction price to both the seller and the buyer as a success fee, upon the final conclusion of the sales agreement or other relevant contract. (Minimum referral fee: 220,000 yen; separate quote for English-language contract preparation) ●The reason our minimum success fee is so low is because all the legal documents related to the M&A transaction are prepared by our affiliated legal advisor firm.
